What is the return policy?  
We offer a 30 day return policy.  Please email us to request a return & let us know why you are returning an item.  A picture of the item, if defective or damaged in transit, also is helpful.  If your return is approved we will send you a return shipping label FREE via email.  A purchase cannot be returned that is out of the 30 day return window.  Thank you for your understanding.

What are the shipping options?
Our only shipping option right now is ground.  Products take about 5-7 days to reach you, sometimes longer.

What are the international taxes, duties, etc. that I have to pay?
Currently we do not ship products Internationally.

When will I receive my order?
When you place your order you can choose to track the delivery and follow it on its route to you!  Yipee!

What do I do if I never received my order?
If your tracking info says your order was delivered, please ask neighbors and look around the area where packages are normally delivered to you.  Contact the delivery company noted on your tracking information if you still can't find it.  Finally, email us and we will help track it down.

What do I do if I received a defective order?
We want you to be 100% happy so please contact us immediately, take a picture, and email us to start the exchange or return process.
 
How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?
Once the order is placed we are sorry it cannot be changed.  Your best option would be to wait to receive it and then make a decision to keep it, exchange it, or return it.

Where are you located?
We are located in beautiful La Quinta, California, nestled at the foot of the Santa Rosa mountain range.

Can we return purchases to your office? 
We do not operate a public office or retail store so we are not able to process returns from our office.  Thank you for your understanding.

Do you make the products you sell? Where do the materials come from?
We source our products from many places, with an emphasis in selling items made in the USA, California, or that represent our state in some way. We are not a manufacturer.  We also do not keep inventory in stock.

How do I make sure I order the right size?  
Apparel and footwear always have a sizing chart on the item page.  And we make a point of stating if the item runs slim, loose or fits in the usual size range.  Most items will say, choose your regular size.


Do you sell gift-cards? Not right now, but if you would like one please email us and we will make it happen!


I have a product I hope you will sell in your store, how do I present it to you?  We are ALWAYS looking for great products to sell!  Just remember we are looking for products made in the USA, California, or that represent our state in some way.  We want to hear from you!  Please email us with a picture of your product, a description and your wholesale price.  We will respond to you within 48 hours.
