Returns and Exchange Policy

We want you to be happy so please reach out to us anytime at hello@californiabeachtrader.com.  

By making a purchase you agree to our exchange/return policy below:

Size exchanges are complimentary. The exchange must be postmarked within 30 days from the day you received your order.  All tags must still be attached and the item new & unwashed.

We do not pay for return shipping labels on exchanges. However, we do pay for shipping when we send the item back to you.

Only one exchange per item, per order will be accepted.

Please email us anytime for size exchanges and we are happy to help.


Refunds

Our return policy period is 30 days. If 30 days have passed since the day you received your order, unfortunately, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange. The return must be postmarked before the 30 day period ends or the return will not be processed.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Items that are washed or dirty will not be exchanged or refunded. 

Damaged/defective items:

We stand by our products! If your item is damaged/defective, you must send us an email within 7 days of receiving your item to request an exchange.  This process is 100% free!

Lost or stolen 
packages

If the tracking states the item was “delivered" and you did not receive it, please contact the shipper to locate it.

If you still cannot find your package, please contact us so we can help.
